NHS dental manages contracts, earnings, and pensions through COMPASS — a legacy platform that has been making that harder for years. NHS commissioned a full replacement, and I joined the Transforming Dental Services programme as a Product Designer to design three of its core services: the Annual Reconciliation Report, Post-ARR, and Pensions.
