NHS dental practices manage their contracts, earnings, and pensions through COMPASS, a legacy platform that has made the process tedious for years. The NHS commissioned a full replacement, and I joined the Transforming Dental Services programme as a Product Designer to work on three of its core services: the Annual Reconciliation Report, Post-ARR, and Pensions. Over seven months, I owned interaction design end to end, from research and early concepts through to handover-ready Figma prototypes.
